Dead NDLR? - Orkney - 12-01-2018 Hello all, backer #15 (I think) After a glorious week with my lovely NDLR that I have fully enjoyed, it refused to power up today. To the Conductive Labs folks - what do you want me to do to get this in for repair? Thanks Bruce H Update - Seems my Mac can still see the NDLR, and it does things. But the display is quite dead. Given the previous display challenges, this may warrant some attention. RE: Dead NDLR? - Darryl - 12-03-2018 Hi Orkney, that's sad to hear! We'll send you an email to discuss next steps and get it taken care of! Darryl RE: Dead NDLR? - Darryl - 12-17-2018 Just an FYI, I took a look at the returned unit. The screen is actually still being displayed but the LED backlights are out. Will have to spend more time to understand if its the LCD panel or the transistor that switches the LEDs on and off that's the problem. Oh, and thanks much for the Gummi Bears! That's some sweet packing material! RE: Dead NDLR? - iSapien1956672 - 01-08-2019 (12-17-2018, 11:52 PM)Darryl Wrote: "That's some sweet packing material! " I see what you did there |
