MRCC freezing when trying to save - scratch - 12-18-2022
Hi all,
I posted a support ticket a week ago but not had a response back.
I’m on the latest firmware.
If I switch the MRCC on with an sd card in it starts up and works ok (although obviously I can’t save any presets labels) and it knows there isn’t an SD card present.
If I insert a SD card ~9 times out of 10 the MRCC boots up to a black screen and midi out buttons 1-11 lit.
The times it does boot if I go to save a preset or create a label and try to save the MRCC just freezes and I have to restart the MRCC.
I’ve tried resetting holding downgreen button on start up and bought a new SD card but still the same issues - any ideas?

This sounds like a potential hardware issue. I got your recent email and will reply to you over there to see if we can figure this out.
