Extender not seen - Stereo Jones - 08-29-2024
Hi There,
Having an issue where my extender isn't turning on anymore.
I may have mixed up the Ethernet cables when moving my studio around,
so I wanted to check whether the extender is specific in what kind of cable it needs,
or could something in the settings I've missed?

Just make sure you've enabled "Enable Remote7" in MRCC settings. For LAN cable , you should use CAT7 (double shielded) or CAT8 cable. If that doesn't help, you have probably faulty unit.

Any shielded Cat6 cable should work, if you've tried the above suggestion and still can't get it up and running, feel free to hit me up at the Support@Conductivelabs.com email and I can help you troubleshoot.
