Tempo display - rob-ant - 11-19-2024

Hello. The tempo on my ndlr has begun showing 480 BPM yet is hooked up to my DAW set at 120 BPM. I've just noticed if I slow DAW down to 20 ndlr shows 80 so 4x20. 480 = 4x 120. It's not playing at 480 BPM. Any thoughts as to what might be occurring? It's set to clock in USB1 and 'tic' in red is flashing rapidly. Don't know what tic means.

Thanks

Rob

Responded via email, but it's likely that the global setting for USB clock is listening on ports 1-4 and not only 1. Enter the global settings menu by pressing and holding [SHIFT+MENU] while powering the device. Press Motif 2 play/pause to toggle the setting until "1" is lit green then press panic to save and continue the boot up process. It should solve the issue. Alternatively you can select to only send clock to a single port in your DAW.
