Please make MIDI THRU a switchable option

I guess its all said in the title. I am always running into trouble with that MIDI Thru behaviour of the NDLR

There currently isn't a bit left to select whether that option would be on or off. Since the MIDI through only goes to one of the outputs for each input you can usually send the output to the MIDI port that isn't associated with the input you have chosen, (so for instance use input A, but use output B) and that should prevent that from occurring. No luck on that front if you are using all the outputs however. We are currently looking into refactoring the firmware, and I suspect if that occurs we will be able to figure out a way to make this selectable. It may take a while to get there though.
