Hot NDLR on NDLR action

This was in the works, but need to check the status. You can try going into the boot menu (hold Shift + Menu button while inserting USB cable), press the Drone button, then the Panic to exit. That enables sending some CCs when changing chords which causes the 2nd NDLR to follow.
