I’ve received my MRCC last week. After some initial startup problems the unit now works fine.
However I can’t seem to save presets?
I go to the preset menu
Change Factory to User 1
Navigate to save box so it’s framed white
Press and hold blue SHIFT + Enter (black plastic button between 2 white buttons)
Unit bricks and needs power cycle
After powercycle unit reboots into factory
I did re-initialize with green button, but no difference
What am I doing wrong?
