We have a couple of units that have been on constantly for about 2 years. We are using these to look into mitigations for the burn-in and will get back to you in a week or so.
Is there a solution to this? I also leave mine on 24x7 and the screen is now extremely hard to read.
We supplied a firmware update at the end of 2022 that included a screen timeout parameter which prevents the screen from burning in. It's on by default. If you are using fw v1.0.68 or later the screen should sleep after a couple of minutes unless there is MIDI traffic (other than clock messages) keeping it on.
You can contact our customer support for options to replace the screen. There's a contact form on the home page of conductivelabs.com.
