In my admittedly limited experience, some keyboards work and others don't, possibly based on their USB implementation or something. I have one old Dell keyboard with a hardwired USB cable that did not work, but another old keyboard, this time Microsoft wireless with a USB dongle (not bluetooth) did work. So you may have to try a couple, unless the recent firmwares have addressed this. It's been a while since I made my labels. This topic has popped up before on the forum, if you want to poke around.
