Midi learn for functions.

I have an Electra 1 controller and it would be great to be able to pick a feature in the MRCC and map that to a knob or slider on the E1. I can change patch with it now but it would be useful to use it to change a channel or even cause a save. We could turn clock on or trigger start, the arpeggiator could be controlled, there are loads of uses for this I would have thought.

Perhaps I'm reading your question wrong, but I think most of what you are asking for can be controlled by an external controller. Check page 51 of the manual for details.
