Some questions before buying - FlavioB - 05-29-2025 Hi all. Does the MRCC have some sort of backup/restore functionality, by means of which I could save the configuration to a computer (for example via SysEx, or with a proprietary app)? Am I right understanding that the maximum number of MIDI outputs is limited to 17 (12 from the MRCC and 5 from the Remote7)? TIA RE: Some questions before buying - Jesse Johannesen - 06-01-2025 There is not a feature to export saved states, but they are held on an MicroSD card on the device so you could back them up manually. It would require removing one of the end cheeks. There are outputs as follows: 4x USB A outs, A-D 10x DIN outs 1-10 2x 3.5mm 11-12 12x USB B Virtual ports 1-12 5x Remote 7 ports available with expander RE: Some questions before buying - FlavioB - 06-01-2025 (06-01-2025, 06:54 AM)Jesse Johannesen Wrote: There is not a feature to export saved states, but they are held on an MicroSD card on the device so you could back them up manually. RE: Some questions before buying - RadekPilich - 06-02-2025 Yes, but in theory, you might be able to extend the outputs via the 12 virtual outputs by routing them via computer to some other physical USB MIDI interface. Sure, but mine is a DAW-less (computer-less) setup. |
