MRCC MIDI input 6 use

Hi,

Is anyone using the 6th MIDI input on the MRCC? I got my hands on TRS to DIN MIDI cable type A so I tried using the 6th input for the first time. I tried with some synths, connecting the DIN end to them and with the TRS end going into the 6th input. Whatever I do I'm not getting any input in.

What am I doing wrong?

Yes, I was using 6 in and out hooked to the Micron and have been sending and receiving regular MIDIand sysex with no issues. My suggestion is to try the B jack in case your adapter isn't really an A.

Tried switching the input around between A & B but no joy...not sure what else to try

In 6 trs works fine here, tested with Oxi One to AS-1 on USB 4
