NDLR doing its thing again

(My apologies if this post is not in the appropriate spot)

I was wondering if there was any ETA for the MRCC and Rack Ears to be in stock/available again (either through the the CL site or through US distributors).

I cannot find anyway to change this:

You enable the PAD and it sends a note on message that lasts forever (it will play the last used scale degree)

You play a second degree and it will initiate a note off event for the initial PAD notes on and that also lasts forever.

So on and so forth....

How can we play normal music like this, surely there should be a note off event when we release the scale degree...just like any controller.

The only thing that gets close to normal behaviour is the Position control

Are we really relegated to creating drone music?

I'm experiencing an issue when connecting my external hardware to Ableton Live via the MRCC virtual input.
I would like to use my external gear as if it were plugins inside Ableton Live—meaning, when I press the Start button in Live, I want my external hardware to start in perfect sync with the Live project. However, I can't seem to find the correct settings on the MRCC to compensate for the hardware latency within Live.
My external hardware setup includes:

• Elektron Analog Rytm MKII
  
• Elektron Analog Four MKII
  
• Roland SH-4d
  
• Korg Opsix MKII
  

• I selected Virtual Input 1 on my MRCC.
  
• Then I routed MIDI outputs 1, 2, 3, and 4 to Virtual Input 1.
  
• I connected the MRCC MIDI Out ports to the MIDI In ports of each piece of hardware.
  

I have an ERAE Touch V1 plugged into USB Port A, and a Teenage Engineering OP-XY plugged into port D. By default the OP-XY uses channels 1-8, so on the ERAE Touch I set up a keygrid, assign it to channel of whatever I want to play on the OP-XY (or other devices), and that's that. Pretty easy.

The issue is that the OP-XY does very odd things when you send it note data from channels that are not assigned to a track in the project settings. I want to send notes on channel 13 to a Roland Juno, and when they hit the OP-XY the thing bugs out and plays sequences at random. Ditto for most other channels. I already flagged this with TE, who knows if they will get back to me and help. I am operating under the assumption that this is either some quirky weird thing they think is cool and therefor not a bug, or it's something so minor they may not ever get around to fixing it. 

With other MIDI routers, like the CME U4 MIDI WC, it was very easy to prevent all MIDI data on certain channels from ever hitting the OP-XY. I cannot figure out for the life of me how to do this on the MRCC. I checked out the Channel Mapping Modifier, and that doesn't seem like what I need because I do not want data from channels 9-16 to be re-routed to different channels. I want it completely gone. I also checked out this new-ish "C-P1" modifier and I don't think that will help considering I (a) need multiple channels of data to go to the OP-XY, and (b) it's using a USB port, not a 5-pin port, so the numbering system involved seems incompatible. 

I can grab the CME U4 and integrate it into this setup to accomplish this one task, but I would rather work with what is already in front of me. 

Any suggestions?

Im using an original version NDLR with the latest firmware--both rotator and interval algos are present.  
When following the instructions for setting up the intervals in the rotator algo, I'm noticing that my pattern values only go up to max 20.  20 is not the midpoint so I can only add lower intervals.  When researching and watching the various tutorials this was not the case.  I have loaded and am editing pattern 40 as shown in the videos.

Possible Im missing something?

HI Just got the MRCC and I seem to have issue with the PC port If I press the right button to send data to my Mac the blue light will not stay on and I cannot send Midi to my Mac. Is there a known bug or is my unit defective ?
Or am I missing something

I have already asked for full MIDI control of MRCC clock and transport elsewhere. 

Here, I am suggesting / asking for:

• similarly to how clock is routed to individual outputs via the "red" LEDs page, add a secondary "blue" page that would allow setting whether a given output receives TRANSPORT messages from MRCC clock. Actually, this blue page is the "operations" page and should be the primary one, while the red page is more of a configuration page and should be secondary. 
  
• on the blue page, make it possible to press and hold one or more outputs. While holding them, the S/S/C message sent via the screen menu would be sent only to those held outputs. Upon releasing the held buttons, their on/off state wouldn't change, it would change only with short press. If no button is held, the S/S/C message goes to all blue outputs in the on state.
  
• I am not sure if this should be independent of the output filters. I think it should. Meaning the output filters are "horizontal" and are applied only to the routings coming from inputs, while the internal clock and transport are incoming to the outputs "vertically" through it's own independent input not going through output filters.
  

Thought I’d share a tribute cover I did on Tangerine Dreams’ White Eagle using the NDLR and small travel modular.

All sequences and pads coming from the NDLR.

Right now, when you add modifiers to a routing, then disconnect the routing and then re-connect the routing again, it's re-connected with the previously added modifiers.

Great!

However that works only until you turn MRCC off.

I'm asking for the modifiers on the disconnected routings to be remembered, event after after MRCC has been turned off (with saving a preset before turning off obviously).

Maybe add new extras / settings function to clear all modifiers on disconnected routings, but keep them there by default unless cleared by the user.
